Instant Green Chilli Pickle Recipe
Chilli chutney is very healthy for our health. Chilli is a little spicy but it strengthens our digestive system. If you are suffering from indigestion, bloating and constipation then chilli is very beneficial for you. Because consuming chillies strengthens our digestive system and helps in digesting food quickly.
Not only chilli is beneficial, all the ingredients used in it are beneficial for our health. So making this pickle is also very easy. You will be able to make it within a very short time. You can serve it with rice, roti as side dish. So let's see the method of making it...
PREPARATION METHOD
- Wash green chilli properly
- Wipe with cotton clothes
- Cut it into two parts
- Now dry roast all masala
- Cool for 5 mins and grind it
- Heat mustard oil till smoky
- Cool this mustard oil till room temperature
- Now add mustard oil and roasted masala, salt, vinegar everything in the spilted green chillies
- Mix everything well
- After fully cooled, store it in a airtight glass container
- You can put in the sunlight for two, three days before uses
- You can use it upto 2 months
- Serve with chapati, rice as side dish

- Cumin seed - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 teasp
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
