Flaxseeds Chutney Powder || Alsi Chutney Recipe
Flax seeds are very beneficial for our body. It protects us from many diseases. It contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and hence helps in removing our bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol.
The flavor profile of this food item is quite intriguing, with a hint of naughtiness to it. Once roasted, it takes on a taste reminiscent of peanuts. Rather than consuming it as is, it is best to roast and grind it into a powder, allowing it to be added to a variety of dishes such as yogurt, lentils, or curry for an extra layer of flavor.
Today I am making a spicy chutney from flax seeds, which you can eat with rice or roti. I have added many other ingredients to make it spicy. So let's see the method of making it...
