How to make sweetcorn soup
ESSENTIAL - INGREDIENTS
- Sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
- Carrot cut into fine pieces - 1/4 cup
- Beans finely chopped - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 teasp
- Black pepper powder - 1 teasp
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic crushed - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 Glass (500ml)

PREPARATION - METHOD
- First of all, in a grinder jar take half a cup of sweet corn and half a cup of water
- Grind it into a paste
- take two spoons of cornflour and half a cup of water in a bowl.
- Mix it well and prepare a solution
- Now heat a cooker and put 1 tbsp butter in it
- Now add chopped ginger and garlic in it and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add chopped carrots and beans into it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add sweet corn kernels and stir again for 1 minute.
- Now add a glass of water, salt and sugar.
- Cook up to two whistles
- After cooling for 2 minutes, open the lid of the cooker
- Now add a glass of water, prepared sweet corn paste
- Now add the early-prepared corn flour solution
- While adding this solution keep stirring
- boil again for 5 minutes. Keep stirring
- Lastly, add one spoon of coarsely ground black pepper and one spoon of butter
- Serve hot
