PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly, Take fully ripened mangoes. Wash it properly
- Cut mango into pieces or peel its skin before cutting
- Then add mango pieces into a grinder or juicer jar
- Then put sugar, cardamom, boiled and cooled milk and ice cubes
- Blend for 2 minutes or till smooth in texture
- Pour into individual serving glasses
- Garnish with mango cubes on top. Serve chilled
