How to Cook Patanjali Prustahar Dalia

DALIYA KHICHDI PREPARATION
- Before making khichdi, Wash the dalia properly. Take a pressure cooker, Add water and boil it.
- After the water boiled add dalia, Saute for a few seconds. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on a high flame
- Add onion and chopped vegetables, chopped ginger, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and maggi masala. Mix everything well
- Cook for 4 to 5 whistles. Cool till room temperature. Ready to serve Dalia Khichdi
KHICHDI INGREDIENTS
- Dalia - ½ Cup
- Water - 3 cup
- Carrot, beans, green peas (any vegetables as per your choice) - 1 cup chopped
- Onion - 1
- Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ teasp
- Red chilli powder - ½ teasp
- Maggi masala - 1 teasp
- Salt - 1 teasp
