Bottle gourd juice || Lauki juice for weight loss
Bottle gourd juice is one of the healthy juice for weight loss. It is also beneficial for heart blockage and other diseases.Bottle gourd is rich in fiber and the other ingredients added in it also help us in losing weight and controlling weight.
One can consume this drink at least 2 or 3 times per week.You can take this juice in the morning or evening on an empty stomach.

PREPARATION METHOD
- Peel the bottle gourd and chop into pieces
- Now put chopped bottle gourd in a grinder jar
- Add all ingredients and ½ glass of water
- Now blend it till smooth
- Strain it in a strainer
- Add remaining water and mix it well
- Ready to serve bottle gourd juice

- Bottle gourd (लौकी) - 1 Cup
- Ginger (अदरक) - 1 inch pieces
- Mint leaves (पुदीना) - 5
- Black salt (सैंधा नमक) - ½ teasp
- Fennel Seeds (सौंफ) - 1 teasp
- Lemon juice (नींबू का रस ) - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 glasses
