Everyone likes to drink cool drink or milkshake in summer. I am preparing 4 types of milkshakes . They are apple almond milkshake, chocolate milkshake, dates milkshake and dry fruits milkshake. All these milkshakes are prepared without sugar. Honey is used in all the milkshakes except the chocolate milkshake. If you do not want to use honey, you can prepare it by adding sugar instead of honey. This milkshake can be served to everyone from kids to elders. So let's see how to make it.....
Milkshake recipes || Summer drinks
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all peel the apple and cut into pieces
- Soak almonds in hot water for half an hour
- Peel the almonds after half an hour
- Add all ingredients and ½ cup of milk in a grinder jar
- Blend till smooth
- Now put rest amount of milk and blend again
- Pour the milkshake into a glasses
- Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios on top
- Serve chilled apple almond milkshake
INGREDIENTS
- Apple peeled and chopped - 1 Cup
- Honey- 2 teaspoons
- Almonds -10
- Ice-Cubes - 5
- Cardamom powder - ¼ teasp
- Boiled and cooled milk - 300ml
DATES APPLE MILKSHAKE
- First of all soak the dates in warm water for 20 minutes
- Now peel the apple and cut it into pieces
Add all ingredients and ½ cup of milk in a grinder jar
- Blend till smooth
- Now put rest amount of milk and blend again
- pour the prepared milkshake into a glass
- Garnished with almond and pistachio slices.
- Serve chilled

- Apple chopped - 1 Cup
- Honey- 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom powder - ¼ teasp
- Boiled and cooled milk - 300ml

CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
PREPARATION METHOD
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for 1 minute
- Decorate glasses with chocolate syrup
- Pour chocolate milkshake in a glass
- Garnish with chocolate syrup on top and serve chilled
INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate 4 pieces - (50 grams)
- Chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
- Ice- cubes
- Boiled and cooled milk - 300ml
DRY FRUIT MILKSHAKE
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all soak all the dry fruits in a cup of hot water or hot milk for 1 hour
- Remove the skin from almonds and pistachios after 1 hour
- Add all ingredients and ½ cup of milk in a grinder jar
- Blend till smooth
- Now put rest amount of milk and blend again
- Pour the prepared milkshake into a glass
- Garnish with pistachio and almond slices
- Serve chilled milkshake

- Watermelon seeds - 1 teasp
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Almonds - 5
- Saffron / Turmeric - ½ teasp
