First of all marinade all the ingredients with large pieces of chicken and keep it for half an hour. After half an hour bake it in the microwave in convection mode. So let's know the method of making it...
PREPARATION METHOD
- Wash chicken pieces (big pieces)
- Make 3 to 4 cuts in one chicken piece
- Put all ingredients in chicken pieces
- Marinade for 30 minutes
- Preheat microwave oven on 180° celcious
- After preheated bake in combi mode
- Convection 180° + Micro 540p
- After baked 15 minutes flip other side
- Bake again 15 minutes
- Lastly grill for 15 minutes
- After baking take it our from microwave and apply butter on it
- Now ready to serve crispy tandoori chicken

- Chicken pieces - 800g (big pieces)
- One piece = nearly 150g
- Curd - 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teasp
- Red food colour - ½ teasp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
