Ragi Dosa Recipe || How to make ragi dosa

Ragi Dosa is one of the healthy and delicious Indian breakfast. It has many health benefits. Finger millet is also known as ragi in India. This cereal is a rich source of iron, clcium and fiber. So why don't we try this health conscious breakfast.

PREPARATION METHOD
- Take 1 cup of ragi, ½ cup of blackgram lentils, 1 tbsp of fenugreek seeds
- Wash properly with water for 2 times
- Add fresh water and soak it for 5 hours
- 5 hours later drain it excess water
- Wash ½ cup of poha with water
- Put all soaked ingredients and poha in a grinder jar
- Grind into smooth batter
- Keep this batter in a vessel
- Close lid, leave 5 hour for fermentation
- After 5 hours add salt according to your taste
- Mix everything well
- Now heat a non stick or castor iron pan
- Pour ⅓ teasp of oil on tawa, Spread evenly with clean cotton cloth or kitchen napkin
- Sprinkle some water on tawa
- Pour a ladleful of batter on tawa
- Carefully spread evenly
- Pour a teasp of oil all over dosa
- Cook 1 min on low flame
- Now flip carefully
- Prepare all dosa as usual
- Ready to serve ragi dosa
- Serve with coconut chutney or potato white peas curry

- Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) - 1 tbsp
- Poha /Cooked rice - ½ Cup
- Oil

- Pour one ladleful of batter on the pan. carefully spread evenly
Pour one spoon oil on the entire dosa. Cook on low flame for 1 minute. Now flip carefully. Prepare all the dosas as usual. Ragi dosa is ready to serve. Serve with coconut chutney or potato white peas curry.
