Palak paneer recipe is one of the healthy and nutritious recipe from India. It has so many health benefits . Palak means (spinach) is one of the rich sources of iron and minerals .This curry serve with roti ,naan or paratha .If you are vegetarian then it is best recipe for you . So let's start.......
PREPARATION METHOD
- Wash spinach thoroughly in water
- Now boil water in a pan
- After the water is hot add spinach , cook for 1 minute
- Now put boiled spinach in cold water for 1 minute
- Now put spinach in a grinder jar and make puree
- Heat a pan, put two spoons of oil in the pan, after heating the oil, add cinnamon, cumin and bay leaves
- Fry for 1 minute
- Add one spoon ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds.
- Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder , salt and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add paneer , fry for 1 minute.
- Add already prepared palak puree and cook for 1 minute
- Now add one tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon of garam masala powder and ½ cup water
- Mix it well
- Cover lid
- Cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
- Now your palak paneer is ready to serve
