Once you soaked the sabudana for 1 hour and this soaked sabudana gets cooked for about 5 to 10 minutes. So let's see how to prepare ……
PREPARATION METHOD
- Soak sabudana in water for 1 hour
- After 1 hour drain it excess water
- Heat a pan ,add 1 tbsp of ghee
- Put chopped dry fruits and nuts ,roast for few seconds
- After roasting, Keep aside in a plate
- In same pan add soaked sabudana ,roast for 1 min
- Now add boiled milk and cook for 2 to 3 mins
- Add sugar and cardamom powder
- Mix everything well
- Cook for another 2 mins on medium flame
- Add roasted dry fruits and nuts
- Mix all well
- Ready to serve sabudana kheer

- Boiled milk - 500ml
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ Cup
- Cashewnuts, Almonds and raisins - ½ Cup
