Green chilli sause || Home made Chilli sause recipe
So many chinese dishes are incomplete without chili sause. you can make green chilli sause easily at home with fresh green chili. No need to purchase from market. Once you prepare this chili sause and store it upto 1 month in refrigerator. It is as fresh as tasty.
You can use this sause as dip with indian snacks items. So let's see how to prepare it ....
PREPARATION METHOD
Take both chilies in a vessel. Wash it properly
Cut each chili into 3 pieces
Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil
Put ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds
Put chopped green chilies, Saute well
Now add salt ,sugar and water. Mix everything well
Close lid, cook for 5 mins on medium flame
Now cool it till room temperature. Add roasted cumin powder and vinegar in it
Grind it till smooth
Store it in a clean glass jar
Keep it in refrigerator for long lasting
Serve with your favorite snacks or use it in any chinese dishes

- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1teasp
- Garlic pods - 6
