Bhapa Doi is a traditional bengali sweet prepared from curd with condensed milk. This dessert recipe is very easy to prepare at home with very less ingredients.
It is very tasty and delicious. After making this recipe, you will not even know that it is made of curd.

PREPARATION METHOD
Preparation of hung Curd
- Take a bowl ,put a big strainer on it
- Put a clean cotton cloth on strainer
- Now put curd and tie it and hang for 4 hour
- Or squeeze out extra water from curd
Mixing
- Put this hung curd in a big vessel
- Add condensed milk, chopped almonds , pistachios and cardamom powder
- Mix everything well till creamy consistency
- Grease a bowl or medium size pot with ghee
- Put whisked curd in greased bowl
- Wrap with aluminum foil
Boiling or Steaming
- Add 600 ml of water in a dip kadhai or Vessel
- Boil it ,now put a stand in kadhai
- Put bowl on it
- Close lid and boil for 15 to 20 mins
- After 15 mins ,cool till room temperature
- Before serving keep this steamed curd in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hour
- Serve chilled

- Curd - 500g
- Condensed milk - 250g
- Cardamom Powder - ½ teasp
- Almond & Pistachio finely chopped - ⅓ Cup
- Ghee - 1 teasp

Note -: You can use vanilla essence 1 teasp alternatively of cardamom for flavor
