Veg manchurian recipe with step by step preparation
Veg Manchurian is a class of Indian Chinese cuisine . It is full of vegetables.

- Manchurian is made by adding corn flour with vegetables but I have made a slight change in it, along with cornflour, bread crumbs have been added to it. This will more tastier
- Step :- 1
- Add cabbage ,beetroot ,carrot ,greenchili, ginger and garlic in a chutney jar
- Grind it coarsely
- Or alternatively you can grate all ingredients
- In a mixie jar add bread slices ,grind it coarsely
- Put this mixture in a bowl
- In this , add bread crumbs ,2 tbsp of corn flour ,1 teasp of salt and 1 teasp of black pepper
- Mix everything well
- Now prepare lemon size balls

- Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a deep pan
- Fry all balls till golden brown
- Step :- 3
- Take another pan add 1 tbsp of oil ,add grated garlic and ginger
- Saute for few seconds
- Now put capsicum and onion
- Fry for a minute
- Add tomato sause ,chili sause and soy sause
- Now add 2 tbsp of slurry
- Add salt and pepper
- Mix everything well
- Serve hot

- Salt & Pepper
- Oil - 500 ml for frying
- For Final Cooking: Seasoning
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Minced Garlic - 1½ tbsp
- Green Chilies (Slitted) - 2
- Onion & Bell pepper - ½ cup square pieces
- Chili Sauce(as much as u want) - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce - 1tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt & Pepper - 1 teasp
- Slurry (2 tbsp Water + 1tsp Cornflour)
