Boondi raita is very easy to make. It is served as a side dish with rice, biriyani, pulao or roti. Boondi raita is made by mixing some spices with salty boondi and curd.

PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, take a cup of salty boondi in a bowl
- Put a cup of lukewarm water in it and keep it aside.
- Now take a bowl, add a cup of curd and half a cup of water to it,
- Now add half a teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of rock salt, half a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, half a teaspoon of red chili powder.
- You can also use black pepper powder alternatively. mix all the ingredients well,
- Squeeze the boondi from the water and add it to the curd,
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves
- You can also add finely chopped onion
- Mix everything well.
- Now boondi raita is ready to be served
- Before serving, put raita in separate bowls and garnish it with some boondi, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder.
