How to make fennel tea || Saunf tea recipe for indigestion

Fennel seed is very beneficial for our health and body. It is full of medicinal properties. Fennel seed is used to reduce weight and it is also eaten in indigestion. There are different ways to use fennel seeds in India. It is eaten as mouhfreshner in India.
It is also used in many sweet recipes, It is specially eaten to digest food. I am making fennel seeds tea, which will be of great benefit to lose weight and indigestion.

FOR WEIGHTLOSS
- Take 250 ml of water in a pan
- Add 1 teasp fennel powder
- Add 1 inch grated ginger
- boil for 2 minutes
- Now sieve it in a cup
- Add 1 teasp honey to it
- Mix well, serve hot
- Drink 2 times a day on an empty stomach or 1 hour before meals
- Consume this drink for at least 1 month
FOR INDIGESTION
- Add black pepper along with fennel seeds or powder while boiling and do not add honey. drink after meal
- Other Uses of fennel seeds
- Roast fennel seeds and store it in a airtight container
- In this add ⅓ of sugar crystals
- Take a tbsp of this after meals
- It is useful for better digestion
