Chicken tikka masala curry recipe || Chicken tikka gravy

PREPARATION METHOD
- wash the chicken thoroughly in water
- In a bowl add 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 teasp red chilli powder, 1 teasp Kashmiri red chilli, 1 teasp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 teasp garam masala.
- mix it all well
- Now heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
- Keep stirring in between while cooking
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan.
- After heating the oil add chopped onion
- fry till golden brown
- Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, saute for 1 minute or till raw smell disappears
- Add Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder,
- Cook till tomato puree is cooked
- Add fried chicken,mix well , cook for 2 mins
- Now add a cup of hot water
- Add 1 tbsp garam masala and 1 tbsp butter
- Close the lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
- Now chicken tikka masala curry is ready to be served

- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp Butter
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Onion chopped - 1

- Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili - 1 teasp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teasp
- Coriander Powder - 1 teasp
- Garam masala/chicken masala - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 teasp
