How to Prepare Cinnamon Tea || Cinnamon tea recipe
Cinnamon tea is an interesting beverage that may provide many health benefits.
Cinnamon is made from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, which, when dried, turns into rolls, forming recognizable cinnamon sticks. These sticks are either steeped in boiling water, or ground into a powder that can be used to make tea.
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, put 100 grams of cinnamon sticks in a grinder jar and grind it.
- Now keep this powder in an air tight container.
How to Make Cinnamon Tea
- In a tea pot add 3 cups of water, ¼ teasp of cinnamon powder and grated ginger
- boil for 5 minutes
- Reduce it upto 2 cups of tea
- Now put the lid on and keep it for 2 to 3 minutes
- Strain in a cup with the help of a strainer
- Now add one tea spoon of honey in to each cup of tea
- mix it well.
- Hot cinnamon tea is ready to serve
