This powder can be eaten by mixing cooked lentils, vegetables or curd.
Today I am sharing a unique way of taking flaxseed seeds. In this you can get not only the benefits of flaxseed but also the nutrients of nuts. So today I am making flaxseed laddus. Let's know how to make it......
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, heat a pan and fry linseed, almond and sesame seeds separately for two minutes.
- After roasting, keep it in a plate to cool down for 10 minutes.
- Now grind together flaxseed, almond and sesame coarsely in a grinder jar
- Heat a pan, add one cup of jaggery and ⅓ cup of water. Cook till the syrup forms a string.
- Now turn off the gas flame , add the ground ingredients to it and mix it well.
- Now add 1 tbsp ghee to it and mix it well.
- Make sure the mixture is warm while binding laddoos
- Now your healthy laddoos are ready.
- Place it in refrigerator after preparing
- Store upto 2 weeks
- One laddu can be eaten in 1 day
