Egg omelette is very easy to make. You can make it immediately and eat it in breakfast or as a side dish with food. PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chopped green chili, salt, turmeric and water in a bowl and mix it well.
- Now break four eggs and put them in it and beat it well.
- Heat a tawa and add a tablespoon of oil to it
- After the oil is hot, add a laddleful of batter and spread it evenly.
- Now slow down the flame of the gas.
- Now put the lid on it and cook on low flame for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, open the lid and pour a spoonful of oil from the sides
- Carefully turn it over.
- Cook till it turns golden on both the sides.
- Egg omelette is ready to serve
