Bread Rasmalai Recipe | How to make bread rasmalai
Traditionally, rasmalai is made from milk chena with milk rabri and some chopped nuts. First of all, rasgulla is prepared from chena, then this rasgulla is eaten by dipping it in cold rabri.
Making rasgulla is a bit tricky, you can use bread instead of rasgulla.

PREPARATION - METHOD
RABDI - PREPARATION
- Pour half a liter of milk in a pan. Add two to three tablespoons of sugar to it and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mix saffron in half a cup of milk
- When the milk becomes slightly thick, reduce the flame of the gas and add saffron milk to it.
- Add chopped pistachios, cardamom powder and almonds
- Let it cool till room temperature
- Keep this rabri in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours
SERVING
- Cut the bread slices from the sides and remove them
- Take out the rabri from the fridge after 2-3 hours
- Put two bread slices in a plate and pour cold rabri on top.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds on top.
- Serve Chilled
