Watermelon Juice Recipe || How to make Watermelon juice at home

Watermelon helps to keep our body refresh in summer. Watermelon contains a lot of water and it is especially available in summer. I am preparing special watermelon juice for summer. In summer drinking fruit juice is better then normal water . You can prepare this juice once and keep it in the fridge for 2 days. In this, I have used less sugar and have used Rooh Afza instead of sugar. If you do not want to use rose syrup , then you can also make them by adding sugar or honey. The way to make it is also very easy. So let's see how to make it....
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, after cleaning the watermelon thoroughly in water, keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
- Soak Sabja Seeds in water for 10 mins
- Cut the watermelon and remove its skin.
- Cut all the watermelon into big pieces
- Take a bowl of watermelon, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces
- Keep aside ,we will use it later
- Put all these big pieces in a grinder jar
- Add two spoons Rooh Afza to it and grind it.
- Now strain the juice in jug or vessel with the help of a sieve
- Add soaked basil seeds and small pieces of watermelon , mix it well.
- Now chilled watermelon juice is ready to serve
