Oats Smoothie recipe for Weightloss || Fruits oats breakfast smoothie
Nowadays obesity is becoming a cause of concern due to our wrong eating habits. Obesity is caused not only by wrong eating habits but also due to wrong routine and lack of physical exertion. Keeping this in mind, I have brought for you Healthy Nasta Oats Smoothie. You can serve this recipe for breakfast. Sugar is not used in this recipe. Fruits and honey have been used for natural sweetener. Let's see how to prepare.....
PREPARATIONS - METHOD
- Firstly soak Almonds and Cashewnuts for 15 mins in hot water
- Soak oats in boiled milk for 15 mins
- Soak basil leaves for 10 mins
- Peel skin from almonds
- 15 mins later take a grinder jar
- Add soaked nuts and soaked oats along with milk
- Add boiled and cooled milk
- Add chopped apple
- Add seedless green grapes
- Add honey 2 tbsp
- Blend for 1 min
- Put 1 tbsp of soaked sabja seed in a serving glass
- Pour prepared smoothie ,Mix everything well
- Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachew
- Ready to serve oats fruits smoothie
- You can also make this smoothie without grapes. Grapes are completely optional

- Milk - 300 ml

- Grapes - 1 Bowl (Small)

- Basil Seeds - 2 tbsp
- Almond/Pistachew finely chopped 2 tbsp for garnishing (optional)
