High Protein Breakfast for Weightloss || Protein rich Breakfast | Cowpea Breakfast
In today's busy life, we are not giving proper importance to our health and food . Nutricious food is very essential for our body. When we feel hungry, we eat whatever we get without thinking . But all kinds of nutrients are necessary for our body.
So today I have brought for you a protein-filled breakfast. This recipe is also very easy to make and less oil is used in it. So if you are a vegetarian then you can take this recipe as a protein rich breakfast option. So let's see how to make it......
Prep-Method
- First of all, wash the cowpea seeds thoroughly in water and soak them for 4 to 5 hours.
- Remove from water after 4 to 5 hours
- Put the soaked cowpeas in a pressure cooker
- Now add salt, red chili, turmeric powder and two spoons of oil and cook upto two whistles or 5 minutes
- Open the lid of the cooker and mix everything well
- Now put cooked cowpeas in a big vessel , add chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped onion, black salt, coriander leaves, chopped green chili and lemon juice and mix it well.
- Your breakfast is now ready to eat

- Chopped Onion - 1
- Chopped Cucumber - 1
- Chopped tomatoes - 1
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green chilies - 2
- Some coriander leaves
- Black salt - ½ teasp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 ½ cups
