Gulabjamun recipe from mtr ready mix | Instant Gulabjamun with ready mix
Gulabjamun is one of the famous sweets in India. This sweet prepared in any festival, in weddings or in functions .It is as delicious as its look and easy to prepare too. It is made in four steps .So let's see how to prepare .......
PREPARATION - METHOD
1 ○ First Prepare sugar syrup
- Add sugar and water in a big bowl
- Boil for 5 min or until sugar dissolved
- Now switch off gas flame
- Add Lemon juice, rose syrup and cardamom powder
- Mix it well
- In a bowl put readymix gulab jamun and 1/2 cup water
- Mix it well
- Grease palm with oil / ghee
- Make 25 small round balls
- Make sure there are no cracks in balls
- 4○ Frying
- Heat oil in a deep kadhai
- Put one by one ball in medium hot oil
- Keep low to medium flame while frying
- Keep stirring at the time of frying
- It may take 5 to 7 minutes to fry the gulab jamuns
- Fry till golden brown
- Now add fried gulabjamun into sugar syrup
- Leave it for 30 mins
- After 30 mins , ready to eat gulabjamun
- Gulabjamun Readymix 175 g (1pkt)
- Water 1/2 Cup
- For Sugar Syrup
- Sugar 800 g
- Water 800g
- Cardamom Powder 1 teasp
- Lemon juice 1 teasp
- Rose Water 1 teasp
- Oil 1 Litre for Frying

SOAKING IN SUGAR SYRUP
Now add fried gulabjamun into sugar syrup .Leave it for 30 mins . After 30 mins , ready to serve gulabjamun
Notes -:
- While frying gulabjamun , keep low flame
- Stir continously while frying
- Don't take less oil ,frying in lessoil will not make gulab jamun perfect
- Gulabjamun is more tastier , if it served cool
- Before frying make sure there is no cracks in balls
- Be careful not to keep the gas flame high while frying the gulab jamuns.
