PREPARATION METHOD OF PROTEIN POWDER
- First of all heat a pan
- Now roast all the ingredients separately
- Do not roast cardamom, sugar, milk powder and black pepper
- After roasting keep it on a plate
- Keep all the ingredients for 5 to 10 minutes to cool down
- After cooling, add milk powder, cardamom and black pepper to it.
- Just mix all the ingredients
- Grind finely in a grinder jar
- If it is a bit coarse, then sieve it with the help of a sieve.
- After it is completely ready, add sugar to it and mix it well.
- If you want, you can also grind sugar with all the ingredients.
- Now your protein powder is ready, store it in an airtight container and use it for 2 months.
