Garlic is very beneficial for our health. So it is used in different types of recipes. Like especially ginger garlic paste is used in most of the recipes. But you can also eat garlic by making this pickle. This pickle is very tasty and is also very easy to make, make it once and keep it in a clean glass vessel and eat it with rice, roti whenever you want.
PREPARATION METHOD
- Peel the garlic pods and keep aside.
- Pour oil in a pan,
- When the oil is hot, add mustard, ginger, asafoetida and curry leaves and fry for 1 minute.
- Add garlic, fry for 1 min
- Now we will add red chili powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves
- Add salt as per taste, mix well and fry for a minute.
- Add white vinegar and turnoff gas flame
- Now cool completely
- Store in an air tight container
- You can store this pickle and eat it throughout the year.
