There are many type of paneer recipe in India .This paneer recipe is amazing and delicious to eat. I am cooking a paneer recipe out of those paneer recipes, whose name is masala paneer. You will be able to cook it easily at home. You will serve with this recipe with chapati ,paratha ,naan ,rice etc....

PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly prepare onion ,ginger and garlic paste
- Prepare tomato puree
- If you are using frozen paneer then soak 5 min in hot water before cooking
- Heat a Kadhai and pour 2 tbsp oil
- Now add bayleave and gingergarlic onion paste
- Fry for 1 min or until raw flavor vanished from paste
- Now add tomato puree and cook for 3 min on low flame
- Add Red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder
- Mix all ingredients with tomato puree
- Add 1 cup water ,salt and bring it to boil
- Add kasuri methi ,garam masala and sugar mix all well
- Add Paneer and mix well
- Add ghee and cook for 2 min on low flame
- Ready to serve with Roti ,Chapati, Paratha, Naan and rice

- Paneer 200g
- Tomato 2 medium size
- Onion 1
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 teasp
- Salt 1 teasp
- Coriander Powder 1 teasp
- Kasuri methi 1 teasp
- Garam masala 1 teasp
