You will be easily prepare this pizza recipe in a pan or Kadhai . In this I have not used yeast, you can make this pizza in a very healthy way. In this pizza I have used wheat flour instead of maida . Baking powder and baking soda instead of yeast. So let's see how to make
Prep-Method
- First of all take a cup of wheat flour in a bowl
- Now add salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, curd
- Mix everything well
- Now add water slowly and prepare a smooth dough
- knead it well.
- Now put some oil or butter on top
- Cover the lid and keep it in a separate place for half an hour to an hour.
To make pizza sauce
- Mix tomato sauce, chilli flakes and garlic in a bowl. Your Pizza Sauce is ready now
- Chop capsicum, onion, tomato, mushroom into long pieces.
- Grate the cheese with the help of a grater or cut it into small pieces.
- Grease a plate with oil and spread the kneaded dough on top like a roti and keep it slightly thick. Leaving an inch from the edges, make a pit on all sides.
- Do hole all over pizza base with the help of fork
- Now spread the pizza sauce on top, spread the cheese over the pizza sauce and decorate the chopped vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and little salt
- Drizzle 1 tbsp oil around the edge
- Heat a Kadhai about 10 minutes
- Keep the plate of pizza inside kadhai on stand
- Cover the lid and let it bake on high flame for 10 minutes and slow down the flame for about 25 to 30 minutes. Now your pizza will be ready
- Do not take it out immediately, leave it for 5 minutes after baking.
- Now take it out the pizza from kadhai
- Serve hot
