MASALA FISH CURRY|ROHU FISH CURRY |HOW TO MAKE FISH CURRY
This masala fish recipe is very tasty to eat and also easy to make. You can prepare this recipe at home by using tomato, onion, ginger garlic and some Indian spices. You can eat this masala fish curry with rice, roti, chapati or paratha as per your choice. Must try this fish masala recipe once. So let's see how to make it.
Prep Method
- First of all clean the pieces of fish thoroughly in water.
- After washing it in water for two or three times, keep it in a siever
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder to it, mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan
- After it is heated well, put one by one pieces of fish and fry it till it becomes golden from both the sides.
- Take out the pieces of fish from the pan and keep them in a separate plate.
- pour two spoons of mustard oil in the same pan and heat it.
- Add chopped onion and bay leaf , fry the onion till it becomes golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder , salt
- Mix everything well
- Cover the lid and cook till the tomatoes are soft
- Open the lid and mix the tomatoes well.
- Add coriander leaves , green chilies and mix.
- Add one to two cups of water to it and boil it.
- Add roasted fish to it and cook again for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Lastly add garam masala powder ,cook for a minute
- Garnish with few coriander leaves
- Serve hot with rice
