How to Prepare Oats Milkshake recipe for Weight loss | Oats Breakfast Smoothie
You can take this Oats Milk Shake recipe as a healthy breakfast. For this, you have to first soak the oats in milk for 10 to 15 minutes. After that add all the ingredients in grinder jar and blend Smooth. In this recipe I have used apple fruit. You can make so many changes in it. You can use your favorite fruits in it. Like, you can make this milkshake by adding ripe bananas, chiku, dates, almonds. You can also use this milk shake to lose weight. If you want to drink cold milk shake in summer then use cold milk and ice-cubes in it and if you are making it in winter or in rainy season then use luke warm milk in it. How is your milk shake made? PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, soak the oats in lukewarm milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Just peel the skin of the apple and chop it finely
- Add soaked oats, cold milk, apple pieces, honey and ice cubes in a grinder jar.
- Grind smoothly
- Put the milk shake in individual serving glasses
- Garnish with chopped apple
