Suji rava appam is an instant appam recipe. You can make this recipe immediately and serve it in breakfast or evening.
In traditional way, Its takes about 5 hours to soak the dal and rice then its takes 5 to 6 hours to fermentation but you will be able to make this appam with semolina very easily and very quickly and It becomes very soft and spongy, so let's see how it is made.
PREPARATION METHOD
- First of all, take semolina in a grinder jar
- Add poha (flatten rice) and grind it
- Make a fine powder
- Now put curd and water in it
- Mix well everything
- Soak it for about 5 to 10 minutes
- Now add salt and sugar
- Add eno fruitsalt and mix well
- It is to be made immediately after putting eno, do not keep it for long
- After heating a pan, pour half a teaspoon of oil on it and wipe it well with tissue paper, and then sprinkle water
- Take a small bowl of batter and pour it on the pan, do not make thin
- Let it roast on medium heat for about 1 minute
- After cooking, immediately take it out in a plate and serve it with coconut chutney

- Yogurt 1 cup (200g)
- Water 2 cup
- Salt a teaspoon
- Eno fruit Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
