You can prepare this dosa without oil or less oil in non-stick pan using leftover rice. I have made this dosa recipe with simple and easy way. To make it more tasty, you can make it by adding 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder , grated carrots, chopped onions and coriander leaves.

Preparation Method
- First, put the remaining rice, rice flour, wheat flour and water in a mixer jar and grind it well.
- Put in a large bowl , add salt and soda as per taste.
- Mix well
- After heating a pan, add half a teaspoon of oil and spread it
- Wipe with a tissue paper and sprinkle some water on the pan
- Take a large spoon of batter and spread the dosa evenly on the pan.
- Roast for 1 minute and flip to other side
- Dosa is ready to be served after cooking both sides well
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambar
