Chai masala recipe | Tea masala recipe homemade
Prepare tea masala at home in this easy way. By adding this spice not only tea but you will make spicy turmeric milk and decoction. It is as delicious as it is healthy.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a mixer grinder jar, add 2 teaspoons of green cardamom, 2 teaspoons cloves, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons dry ginger, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- Grind it for 1 min
- After preparing, store in air tight jar
- Finish within a month after preparing
Preparation of recipes with Tea Masala
To make two cups of masala milk tea
- Add 1cup milk and 1 cup of water in a pan
- Add 2 teasp of sugar and 2 teasp of tea leaves in it
- Boil for 2 mins
- Now add 1/4 teaspoon of tea masala powder
- Boil for 1 min again
- Strain it in separate cups
- Ready to Serve masala milk tea
- For masala milk or turmeric milk
- Take 500 ml milk in a sause pan. add 2 tbsp sugar , 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teasp of tea masala
- Boil for 5 mins
- Strain it in separate mugs
- Ready to serve masala milk
- To make the decoction, (kadha)
- Take 3 cups of water in a pan
- Add 1 teaspoon of tea masala
- Boil for 5 mins or reduce it upto 2 cups
- Now strain it in separate cups
- Add 1 tea spoon of honey in each cup
- You can add few drops of tulsi in it
- Mix it well
- Serve hot
