Preparation Method
- First clean the beet root in water
- Cut into pieces
- Put the beet root pieces in a grinder jar and grind for a minute
- Now add a cup of water and grind again
- Sieve in the siever
- Add all the ingredients in a big bowl except oil
- Knead properly
- Divide into 7 pieces
- Make orange size ball
- sprinkle flour on the rolling board
- Make a thick roti
- Apply one teaspoon oil on half roti
- Fold it into half
- Apply oil on 1/4 part again
- Fold it into triangle shape
- Roll it in triangular shape
- Heat a pan on medium flame
- Roast both side on medium flame
- After roasting apply ghee/oil on both side and roast for another 1 min
- Now beetroot paratha is ready to serve
- Serve with curd and sugar

- Wheat flour 300 grams
- Green chillies 2 chopped
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil / Ghee 3 tablespoons
- Celery 1 teaspoon
- Water 1 cup
