Take 5 cups of water in a saucepan, roughly crush the spices, and add them to the boiling water.
Boil for 5 to 7 minutes until it reduces to 4 cups, then strain it into a coffee mug. Add honey and tulsi drops, mix well, and serve hot.
Kadha Recipe for Cold and Cough
INGREDIENTS
- Water- 5 cup
- Ginger powder- 1tbsp/Fresh ginger 1 piece
- Cloves- 8 Pieces
- Green cardamom - 2 Pieces
- Black cardamom - 1
- Black pepper - 8 to 10
- Honey - 1 tbsp/Cup
- Tulsi drops - 3 drops/Cup
