Firstly cook grated coconut in milk for five mins then add other ingredients and cook till thick . Then pour into a plate and spread evenly .put it in refrigerator for 1 hour then cut into pieces

PREPARATION METHOD
- Add grated coconut in a pan / kadhai
- Add milk into it
- Cook for 5 to 10 mins
- After 5 min ,add milk powder and sugar , cardamom
- Cook for another 5 mins or till thick consistency
- Place butter paper on a plate
- Grease with ghee on butter paper
- After Preparation , immediately pour on greased butter paper
- Cool for room temperature or refrigerate for 1 hour
- Cut into pieces
- Coat with dessicated coconut
