Kaju katli (cashewnut sweet) recipe is one of the popular sweet in India.It is made with cashewnut powder , sugar and cardamom .It can be prepare on special occasions
You can easily prepare this delicious Indian sweet at home with only four ingredients .
METHOD
Basic Preparation
- Put cashewnuts in a grinder jar and grind it
- Now seive properly
- Grease a square size butter paper with ghee
Now Kaju katli Preparation
- Add sugar and water in a pan
- Prepare one string sugar syrup
- Add cardamom powder and early prepared cashewnut powder
- Stir continuously for 2 to 3 mins
- When it slightly thicken
- Immediately turnoff gas flame and pour on butter paper
- Cool for 1 to 2 mins
- After 2 min ,knead the mixture
- Spread evenly
- Put another butter paper or silver foil on mixture
- You can place chandi ki vark on it
- Roll evenly with the help of rolling pin
- Cool for few seconds
- Cut into diamond shapes

- Sugar - 125g
- Water - 60ml
- Cardamom - 1 pinch

- Before Preparation of cashew mixture ,prepare greased butter paper
- Don't make sugar syrup so sticky
- After preparing mixture, immediately pour on batter paper
- Cut into pieces while it warm,not too cold
