Suji rava coconut is a tasty and delicious sweet recipe from India
PREPARATION METHOD
- Heat a pan and melt ghee
- Add suji ,roast for 3 to 4 mins
- After 3 mins add desiccated coconut and dry fruits
- Roast for another 1 min
- Add cardamom powder , sugar powder and milk powder
- mix all ingredients properly
- Finally add boiled milk gradually
- Cool for 5 mins
- Bind ladoo at the time of luke warm
Ingredients
- Suji rava 1 cup
- Dedicated coconut 1 cup
- Powder sugar 1 cup
- Milk powder 2 tbsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2tbsp
- Almond chopped 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1 teasp
- Boiled milk 1 cup

Notes:-
- Don't cool too much
- Bind Ladoo while warm
- Add boiled milk gradually
- You can use fresh coconut instead of desiccated coconut
- You can eat either fresh or store it for a week
