Fried rice is one of the tasty and healthy rice recipe.It is easy to prepare and full of vegetable. It can be eaten as lunch , dinner even in breakfast. There are so many rice recipes in India .This is one of the easiest and delicious rice recipe. This recipe is full of nutrients because of the variety of veggies I used in it . You can use any kind of salad or chutney as a side dish with this fried rice.
The main ingredient used in this recipe is Cooked Rice. Along with this , you can use any vegetable of your wish like finely chopped carrot, chopped beans, onion, spring onion. cabbage, cauliflower, peanut, boiled sweet corn, potatoes, green chillies, etc. And some spices like cumin seeds , mustard seeds, curry leaves , coriander leaves,etc. And some cottage cheese or paneer or butter as per your choice to increase the taste and proteins in your dish.
But in this recipe I used peanuts, carrot,beans ,green peas ,green chillies and potato chopped with some Indian spices.
