Poha cutlets /Patties is a Indian breakfast recipe .It is easy to make with boiled potatoes, flatten rice (poha) and some herbs and spices. You can add lots of vegetable like chopped cabbage , capsicum ,sweet corn ,carrots to make it more flavourful and healthy . I made it in a simple way with poha and boiled potatoes .
This recipe is made with soaked poha with mashed and boiled potatoes,red chili, turmeric powder , coriander leaves ,onion chopped and salt .You can add more veggies to make it more healthy and nutritious .
