Cheese Paratha / Indian Cheese bread /Cheese Potato Paratha is an Indian breakfast recipe/Options .It is as tasty as easy to prepare. It is delicious and amazingly easy to prepare. I made it in a very simple manner and it is not as difficult as it is to prepare any normal paratha. Here you will get very detailed step by step instructions along with pictures to prepare these mouthwatering CHEESE PARATHAS. In India so many types of parathas are prepared like Cabbage(gobi) Paratha , Cauliflower Paratha , Potato(aloo) paratha but Cheese Paratha is one of the unique and tasty recipe among them . You can add more vegetable like chopped capsicum , grated carrots , tomato to more healthier .
Cheese Paratha is very tasty breakfast recipe , Children will love to eat this with no complain .It's taste is similar as Pizza but it's made with healthy ingredients and wheat flour .It's main ingredient is cheese /Paneer and potato mixed with some indian spices and herbs stuffed in wheatflour dough . Ingredients For Stuffing
- Cheese/paneer 200g
- Boiled potatoes 2
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bowl
- Onion chopped 1
- Red chilli powder 1teasp
- Greenchilli chopped 2
- Salt 1/2teasp , if you're using salted cheese then no need to add salt
For dough
- Wheat flour 2 cup
- Water 5 cup
- Salt 1/2 teasp
- Oil 1 tbs
- Oil /butter 3 to 4 tbsp
METHOD
Cheese Stuffing
- Take a big bowl ,put grated cheese and boiled potatoes with other ingredients
- Mix it properly
Dough Making
- Take 2 cup of wheat flour ,1/2 teasp of salt in a bowl
- Add 4 to 5 cup of water gradually in wheat flour and knead well
- Add some more water as per your required
- Now keep the dough aside for 5 min
Preparation
- Take a ball size dough and make a big size roti
- Put cheese in the middle of the roti and spread equally
- Fold from both side then fold another corner
- Make a triangle shape , flatten slightly with the help of your palm
- Flat equal size from every corner
- Heat a pan for 10 min,put paratha on it
- Roast both side till crispy
- Grease with sunflower/soyabean Oil /butter
- Take it out from pan cut into two pieces
- Serve with curd or chutney
Note :-
- Take twice the amount of water while kneading the dough .You can adjust water / flour as per your required
- Make soft dough
- Add more vegetable like capsicum, boiled sweetcorn,cabbage ,tomato ,grated carrots to more healthy
- You can use paneer instead of mozerella cheese
