Pancake is a breakfast or Snacks options .This recipe is prepared with wheat flour and banana mixed with some other ingredients like sugar ,baking soda, sujirava ,vanilla essence and milk .
Specially I used wheatflour and suji instead of maida (all-purpose flour) because it makes the pancakes more healthy. I used sugar but you can use Jaggery powder or jaggery instead of sugar.

First you have to prepare pancake batter in mixie jar . After that bake it on a pan for few minutes .Prepare all the pancakes similarly, finally stack them one over other in a plate ,pour some honey over it ,cut and serve hot.

🍽 Instructions
- Cut banana into pieces and put it into a mixie jar
- Add wheat flour ,suji rava and other ingredients
- blend for 1 min
- Heat a pan ,Grease with oil/butter
- Pour 1big spoon of batter on it
- Don't make thin batter
- Close the lid and bake it for 1 min
- After 1 min open the lid and take it out from pan
- Keep it in a plate
- Prepare all the pancakes similarly.
- Stack one over another in a plate.
- Pour some honey on it.
- Cut pancake and serve.

- Wheat flour - 1 cup 200g
- Suji rava - 1/4 cup 50g
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 2 cup 300 ml
- Baking soda - 1 teasp
- Salt - 1 teasp
- Oil/butter - 2tbsp
