Wheat flour dosa
Wheat flour dosa is a unique and healthy indian breakfast recipe. It is as easy as tasty and fast to prepare .It can be prepared either sweet , spicy or plain. I specially prepared it spicy . Add some veggies to make it more nutritious and fiberous.
I have used minimum spices i.e.chopped onion , coriander leaves , onion chopped , turmeric , chilli and salt to prepare it.
First you have to take wheat flour in a bowl . Mix all ingredients as above . Add sufficient water to make the batter .Heat the pan on gas stove , use some refined vegetable oil /ghee ,pour 1 bowl of mixture on pan and spread it uniformly. Keep it there for 2 mins and flip it another side for proper roasting and to make it crispy.
Now ready to serve with Chutney /Potato curry
