Peanuts Chutney for Dosa, Idly
INGREDIENTS
Roasted peanut 100g
green chiili 1
ginger 1 piece
tomato 1
coriander leaves
garlic 2
water as per required
FOR TEMPERING
Curry leaves 5
Black gram dal 1teasp
Cumin seeds 1/2teasp
Mustard seeds 1/2teasp
Oil 1tbs
Dry chilli 1
1)Put all ingredients in grinder jar except tempering ingredients, grind it into a fine paste
2)add salt and mix well
3)heat a tempering pan, add oil and rest of ingredients roast for few second then pour on chutney and mix well
4)now ready to serve
