Banana Malpua
Holi_Recipe, #Holi_Sweets, Malpua Recipe is indian traditional sweet. Usually it is made from all purpose flour(maida) but I made it little different with maida, suji and banana, it is so juicy and sweet in taste.Preparation time

Ingredients
Ripe banana 2
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Suji rava 1/2 cup
Sugar powder 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1teasp
Cardamom 3
Sugar 1/2 kg for sugar syrup
Saffron 1 pinch
Chopped Almond and pista for garnishing
Water as per required
Oil 1/2 litre for frying
Method
* Add maida, suji, fennel seeds, sugar powder and soda into mashed banana
* Pour milk and mix well with all ingredients, make a thick batter like dosa batter,
* Keep a side for 1/2 an hour
* Heat oil in flat pan or non stick frying pan. Pour one by one malpua and fry till golden brown
* Make sugar syrup, take 1/2litre ot water and 1/2 kg sugar, boil for 15 mins or till it sticky on palm, then add cardamom and gulabjal, saffron
* Put fried malpua in sugar syrup for 5 to 10 mins
*Garnish with chopped almond and pista
* Taking out malpua from sugar syrup and serve with either sugar syrup or rabdi
Note :- don't make batter so thick always make batter medium thick. Keep medium flame at the time of frying
