This is vegetable pulao Recipe in cooker. If you want to make rice Recipe in less time then it is perfect recipe for you. This recipe is mixed with rice and vegetables. Pulao is most popular in India.Usually pulao making is so much time taking but this pulao is rice with vegetables cooked in pressure cooker in less time. And if you make pulao no need to cook extra vegetable or dal. So try it once this pulao recipe in cooker in less time.

Ingredients
Rice (any) 400g, 2cup
Carrot 1cup chopped
Beans 1 cup chopped
Onion chopped 1 big
Greenpeas 1 cup
Ginger chopped 1inch
Ghee (clearified butter) 1tbs
Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Bay leaves 2
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon 1piece
Cloves 2
Cumin seeds 1tbs
Water 5cup
Method
Wash properly all vegetables, cut into 1 inch pieces.
Wash rice properly
Heat a cooker and put ghee
Add bay leaves, cumin, cardamom, clove
Saute for a second and add chopped onion
Fry for 1 mins
Add all vegetables and salt
Saute for 2 mins or cook for 3mins
Add washed rice, chilli powder, Turmeric powder
And water
Boil for 5 mins, if you see little boil in the water
Close lid and whistle for 3 or cook for 10 mins
In medium flame
Rest for 5 mins, open lid and serve hot with curd, pickle or as you want
Note :
Take water just double from rice and extra 1 cup for vegetables
After cooking don't open lid instantly, rest for 5 mins then open
You can add extra vegetables and peanut
