Potato & Fresh greenpeas Curry
This recipe/curry serve with roti, rice, puri, chapati, paratha, bread etc...

Ingredients
- Boiled potato (aloo) 3 big
- Greenpeas (hare matar)1 cup
- Tomato puree or chopped tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbs
- Onoin chopped 1 big
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
- Currymasala powder 1tbs
- Cream 3tbs
- Mustard oil 3tbs
- Kasuri methi 1tbs
- Water as per required
- Salt as per taste
- Garam masala powder 1teasp
PREPARATION METHOD
1. Boil potato and green peas and prepare all ingredients, chop onion, make tomato puree, make Gingergarlic paste
2. Heat kadhai or pan add oil, after 2 mins add bay leaf, chopped onion and salt fry till golden brown on medium flame, add Gingergarlic paste saute for 30sec
3.Add tomato puree or chopped, add all masala, cover the lid for 10 mins in low flame
4.Add fresh cream cook for 1mins, add boiled potato and green peas, mix well
5. Add water as required, cook for 10 mins
6. Crush kasurimethi and add into curry, mix well, lastly add garam masala. swichoff flame
7.Now Ready to serve
