There are so many types of puri Recipes . This puri recipe is made with 3 type of flours. It is as soft as crunchy & tasty to eat. Read carefully and try to make this puri once. Hope you like this recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 200g ragi flour
- 200g Wheat flour
- 100g maida (all propose flour)
- Ajwain 1teasp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 2tbsp
- Water as per required
For frying
- 500ml vegetable oil
Method
- Mix all flours, 2tbs oil, ajwain in a big bowl
- Knead it properly, don't make your dough sticky. Make a hard dough
- Make it round shape on rolling board by pressing with rolling pin. Or make puri shape
- Heat oil in kadhai or deep pan
- Once oil is heat put one by one puri and deep fry bothside till golden brown,
- Place it on tissue paper and serve hot with chutney, potato curry or any other curries
